Save the Date: Pushing the Boundaries, Inclusion, Disability and the Jewish Community

Pushing the Boundaries is a national conference spearheaded by professionals and volunteers from across Canada. Our aim is to create networking and learning opportunities for advocates, service providers, caregivers, academics, community leaders, trailblazers, researchers, self-advocates and spiritual leaders The conference will motivate and  promote  change within the Jewish communities.

The theme of the conference is Empowering Abilities: Bridging Past, Present and Future. We invite you to share  your experience and knowledge by taking an active role in  this  historic event. Please  submit an abstract (300 words max.) as a pdf file, along with a biography to susie.jdisabilitynetwork@gmail.com by June 3, 2024.

Proposals can include but are not limited to papers, workshops, panels, roundtable discussions, exhibits, videos and arts-based presentations. Questions are welcome and we are happy to help support your participation in any way.
